Purpose of the website

The website presents AW TEAM services and lets visitors discuss a task, submit a request, sign in to a profile, and follow project stages.

Website materials are informational and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer. Scope, price, timing, and other terms of a specific engagement are agreed separately.

Accounts and sign-in

Google or Yandex sign-in is used to submit requests and access the user profile. You are responsible for access to your provider account and for the accuracy of the contact information you submit.

You must not use another person’s account, bypass access controls, or attempt to obtain another user’s data.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the website or use it to harm others. In particular, you must not:

• submit unlawful, malicious, or knowingly false material;
• overload the website through automation, probe private interfaces, or bypass security measures;
• submit another person’s personal or confidential data without a lawful basis;
• treat assistant responses as a guarantee of price, timing, or technical outcome.

Assistant and text improvement

The built-in assistant and request improvement feature use an automated model. Responses can help formulate a task but may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace confirmation by the team.

Do not submit passwords, payment details, trade secrets, or other information that is not needed to discuss the project.

Projects and user profile

Statuses and stages shown in the profile are informational. If they differ from a signed agreement, specification, or direct team communication, the separately agreed documents and communications prevail.

The loyalty program is a foundation for future benefits. Displayed points, tier, and discount apply only after confirmation by AW TEAM.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, software, graphics, and brand elements belong to their respective rights holders. Copying or reuse beyond ordinary browsing requires permission unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Rights to materials and deliverables of a specific client project are determined by separate agreements for that project.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website available and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or continued availability of Google, Yandex, Telegram, OpenRouter, or infrastructure providers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AW TEAM is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from reliance on informational website materials or temporary feature unavailability.

Access restriction and termination

We may restrict access when these terms are violated or when someone attempts to harm the service or its users. You may stop using the website, sign out, and request deletion of your data using the contacts below.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website evolves. The current version and effective date are published at this URL. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
