Selected work

This section is being assembled: project material is being prepared.

01

MOSSALUT

E-commerce ecosystem

01Material in preparation
MOSSALUT

Storefront, stock and order handling in one loop: the shop knows what is in the warehouse, and an order reaches delivery without anyone retyping it.

  • E-commerce
  • CRM
  • Payments
  • Delivery
  • Analytics

PROJECT 02

Internal operations platform

A client area and an internal system: processes move out of spreadsheets and chat into a place where each has a status, a history and an owner.

  • Client area
  • CRM / ERP
  • Accounting
  • Inventory
  • Roles & access

PROJECT 03

Marketplace integrations

PROJECT 03

Exchange between marketplaces and accounting: stock, prices and orders travel between systems on a schedule instead of by hand.

  • Marketplaces
  • Accounting
  • API
  • Queues
  • Monitoring

Not just interfaces. The systems working behind them.

The productstack

We are responsible for the whole vertical under the screen, not the screen alone. Below is what is usually split between three vendors.

  • Frontend
  • Backend
  • Infrastructure
  • Integrations
  • AI
  1. 01InterfaceWhat the client sees. Design system, states, speed.
  2. 02ApplicationScreen logic: forms, roles, access, working scenarios.
  3. 03APIContracts between parts of the system and the outside world.
  4. 04Business logicCompany rules: pricing, discounts, statuses, documents.
  5. 05IntegrationsAccounting, marketplaces, payments, delivery, notifications.
  6. 06InfrastructureServers, environments, deploys, backups, monitoring.

Tools

Tools are chosen for the task, not the other way round.

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • Docker
  • 1C
  • MoySklad
  • Ozon
  • Wildberries
  • Payments
  • Telegram Bot API
  • AI / LLM APIs

How the work goes

06 steps
  1. 01

    Understand the task

What the business is, where the money is, where time is lost today.

  2. 02

    Design the system

Data model, roles, integrations, the boundaries of the product.

  3. 03

    Build the product

Interface and code in iterations, with demos along the way.

  4. 04

    Integrate

    Accounting, marketplaces, payments, delivery, notifications.

  5. 05

    Launch

Deploy, data migration, handover to the client team.

  6. 06

    Keep it running

We watch the system, fix it and extend it as tasks arrive.

Studio

A small team,the whole loop

We do not assemble a project out of separate vendors. Design, code, integrations and servers belong to one team, so there are no seams for tasks to fall through.

  1. 01

    System first, screens second

We work through the process and the data before drawing an interface. A beautiful screen on top of a wrong model gets rebuilt from scratch.

  2. 02

We answer for the outcome, not the stage

A task is done when it runs in production and people use it — not when a mockup is delivered or a branch is merged.

  3. 03

We say what is actually true

If a task will not pay off, or an off-the-shelf service solves it, we say so. Selling unnecessary development costs both sides.

  4. 04

    We leave the system maintainable

Documentation, access and code are handed over. A product should not depend on whether we answer an email.

Position

A good digital productis not a set of pretty screens.

It is design, code, business logic and infrastructureworking as one system.
